  • At this time, Drag Race Solutions ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, CollectorTethers.com ships merchandise to Australia, Canada, Finland, Mexico and Sweden but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible, but do not guarantee same day shipping.  Please understand that this order MAY take 1 or more business days for processing.  If you absolutely are in need of a next day delivery, please make sure you speak to a sales associate.

     

    Return Policy

  • Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original unused condition at purchaser's expense.
  • A 10% return charge is applicable on all returns unless damaged in shipping, defective or sent wrong by us.
  • A 3% non refundable charge will occur on any order placed by mistake and that needs to be cancelled before shipping.
  • Freight Charges are non refundable when making a return.
  • Products that have been installed are non returnable.
